Ford Dealership diagnosed the problem but wanted to rip me off...I took it to Howard Autommotive and they correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it saving me a lot of money. If you are looking for a nice waiting room where you can have an expresso while your car is serviced this is not the place. If you are looking for honest and competent mechanics who will explain things and do good work this is the place.

Took my car in for a wheel alignment. The tech checked my car to ensure no issues were present before doing the alignment. I went to Howard's because they were recommended. I had been told by another business that I needed additional work. I wasnt comfortable with the assessment they gave me so I took it to Howard's. I did not inform Howard's of the assessment from the other business because I wanted to see if they would say that the same or any issues were present. I personally spoke with the tech on the phone and was told that no issues were found, and getting an alignment would not be a waste of money if done, so I had Howard's perform the alignment . My car feels much better than it did before taking it to Howard's, so I will utilize there services again.
